About Kim
A Miami Beach resident for over three decades, Kim Martin is an expert in the local market with a pulse on the vibrant culture and easygoing South Florida lifestyle. Born in the Midwest and raised in Tampa Bay, Kim is a Marketing graduate from the University of Florida, and in addition to her real estate activities she currently volunteers with CERT Miami Beach and is on the board of BIRA (Belle Isle Residents Association) and enjoys spending time outdoors boating, fishing, and snorkeling.
